Repairs and Modernization
We provide committed tenant care throughout the planning and implementation of repair and modernization projects. Unnecessary disputes and delays in implementation are avoided by making comprehensible and legally secure announcements as well as offering personalized support to affected tenants.
Our architect gladly plans and supervises large-scale construction and refurbishment projects on request.
Subsidized Housing Construction
In addition to privately-financed property, we manage property subsidized by support programs and are familiar with the particularities of, and necessary coordination with the Investitionsbank Berlin (IBB), the Berlin housing authorities, and the respective organization sponsoring redevelopment.
External Sevice Providers
In carrying out the supervisory role regarding service providers for each individual owner of property, we take precautionary steps to avoid conflicts of interest. We do not execute repair services nor do we perform caretaker or house cleaning services. Having a substantial list of external service providers at our disposal, we are happy to work with reliable companies as well as personally tried and tested contractors.
