Individual Condominium Unit Management
We gladly manage individual condominium units of leasing owners on request.
Executing the collection of rent, managing the investment of security deposits and directing necessary repair and maintenance work, our condominium team is contact partner for tenants as regards all aspects of the respective rental agreement.
Our condominium team gladly manages the re-letting of apartments at attractive conditions on request.

Insurance
Depending on the individual requirements, our condominium management offers customized insurance profiles for each property type. The full savings achieved by lucrative contracts with experienced insurance agencies are passed on to our clients.
Account Management
We manage an exclusive trust account in the name of each respective condominium owners’ association. Provided no other banking establishment is requested, we readily cooperate with the Deutsche Bank, ensuring an efficient and cost-optimized management of accounts.
Trial Period
So as to become mutually better acquainted, we recommend a two year trial period in which the management agreement can be terminated giving three months notice.
